Quilts, Quilts, Quilts!

Last year when I went to visit my family I showed you all a few quilts my Mom was working on.  Well, I went to visit again a few weeks ago and of course Mom had lots more quilts in the works!  They are not all finished but I thought you'd like to see them anyway!

Mom hasn't done any decorating in the room yet, it has just become a sewing room, not a combo room. But, her stash closet is fun!
This is a quilt top that my Great, Great Grandmother Easly hand stitched.  My mom is planning to hand quilt it sometime soon as well.
I hope you enjoyed seeing these quilts as much as I did!

  1. Hi Melissa,

I love quilts and these are some real beauties...
    Thanks for sharing,

  2. I did a 'block of the month' one in the same fabrics as the purple, pink, yellow, and green one. It was on my spare bed for a while. She does lovely work, I hope you get to keep some of these for yourself.

  3. This is the most I've seen her work on at one time. I love her quilts. She got me started quilting a couple years ago but I just don't have very much time to do it. I'm supposed to be making your youngest sister's baby a crib quilt and now she is a year old. Ummm, not sure if that is going to happen. Maybe I'll have done by the time she is married and having a baby. LOL!

  4. I LOVE the colors on the quilt in the 6th picture!!
