Anyone who knows me knows that fall colors are my favorites!! I love all shades of orange, greens, blues, reds, and yellows all together, hence fall is my favorite time of year!
I found this quote this morning on Pinterest, I love it! I also love Anne of Green Gables too, if you haven't read the books, you should they will make you laugh and cry!
Growing up in SoCal we didn't really have a fall, so I really love Virginia falls!!! Here are a few of my favorite fall things.
I love fall apples, they are so sweet and yummy! Its the perfect time for apple crisp, apple dumplings, apple chips, apple butter, the list goes on...
Fall leaves, the best! The colors, the crisp cool days, the unreal blue of the sky....
These herbal fire starters are a great way to jump into fall! These come from Whole Living.
These are filled with pine cones, and dried herbs such as rosemary, sage leaves, and cinnamon sticks to make fragrant kindling.
Another fall favorite, hot chocolate on cold mornings! This chocolate recipe is pretty good, though I substitute semi sweet chips for the white chips. This is from Pennies on a Platter.
I hope you all enjoyed this taste of fall!!
Melissa
