New Flowers

I hope you all had a good weekend!  Last week I spent some time making more flower clips for Sugarbritches.  Here are a few of the clips for you to see.

fabric: red cotton with gold fleck, pearl in the middle

This fabric was funny, it had dark and light pink tulips with gold streaks, it made a pretty flower, especially with the gold tule added to it.  I am going to make one of these for Little Monkey too!

Again, the tulip fabric, this time without the gold tule.

Friday night when I took these flowers into Jodi, the owner of Sugarbritches, I talked to her about doing a feature of the store here on Kensington Cottage.  She quickly agreed and let me take lots of pictures.  I'll be featuring Sugarbritches on Wednesday, so stop back by and see what a great little store this is!

    Both of the flowers are lovely. I am not sure which one I like more!!

    These are gorgeous Melissa. I love them! Thanks for your interest in the feature, I will give you details as they emerge. Remember I am learning too, but this will be fun!     Looking good, Mel. I caught the flower bug as well. Been making lots. Several different types. Some for headbands, some as hair clips, some as pins and some to embellish bags and such. Good luck with your sales. I'm going to go to a little resale shop here and see if she would be interested in some of mine. I hope so as I could use the CASH! Thanks for inspiring me.
